The mildness of fall was in the air, the sun red gold, no longer sharp and scorching. The sea was still warm, and it felt good, with a thousand shades of blue and green. How beautiful the first few days were! The waves rolled gently in, spraying sea water onto the black sand, where the droplets gleamed like sparkling gemstones.
