    Although he’d never say it to Randall, Michael couldn’t believe it. From the look on the candidate’s face, he couldn’t either.
    Michael thought back to when he’d first learned of the Sherry Boyd story. The black days when the story had first broken and it wasn’t clear if they could last the day, let alone become the nominee. And now this? Tied? And they’d done it on the strength of their message, on Randall’s policy ideas.
